    Dr. Rajesh Kumar Padhan is a highly experienced gastroenterologist and hepatologist with over 17 years of clinical practice. He is currently practicing at Artemis Hospitals, Gurugram. He specializes in the diagnosis and management of a wide spectrum of gastrointestinal and liver diseases, with particular expertise in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), pancreatic disorders, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), pelvic floor dyssynergia, and transplant hepatology. He was actively involved in IBD and pancreas clinics at AIIMS, New Delhi, where he gained extensive experience in managing complex cases.  

    Dr. Padhan has worked at several reputed institutions, including Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital (Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed University), Jaypee Hospital (now Max Hospital), W Pratiksha Hospital, and Marengo Asia Hospital, Gurugram. At IMS and SUM Hospital, he served as an Assistant Professor, actively involved in patient care and the training of undergraduate medical students. During his tenure at Jaypee Hospital, he worked closely with the liver transplant team, contributing significantly to pre- and post-transplant care, including post-transplant ERCP procedures. He also played a key role in establishing centres of excellence and advanced endoscopy suites at W Pratiksha and Marengo Asia Hospitals.  

    Dr. Padhan has extensive expertise in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, enteroscopy, ERCP, EUS, percutaneous endoscopic necrosectomy, and fecal microbiota transplantation. Alongside his clinical practice, he remains deeply committed to medical education and mentoring, contributing to the training of the next generation of gastroenterologists and hepatologists.
